The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services by the Seller to the Customers, consisting in enabling them to purchase goods from the Store's assortment at the prices given on the appropriate subpages of the Store and to create their Account. The store can be used by private persons and companies. Transactions are concluded between the Seller ( store) and the Buyer (a private person or a company registered in the system, or a private person or a company that has not registered).

The customer can register at Customer data of our store is protected by the Privacy Policy and is not shared with any third parties. The data provided by the customer may be used only in the process of order fulfillment and marketing purposes. After the correct completion of the registration form, the Customer's account in the system will be activated. Each time you register or log in to the store's system, you consent to the use of personal data provided in the registration form (pursuant to art. 23 paragraph 1 point 2 and point 3 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data / Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended). The customer data provided in the registration form is entered into the database of the store.

The offer presented on the website is not the same as the company's stock. At the time of placing the order by the Customer, the price for the goods is valid. Product prices are gross prices, in Polish zloty. For customers interested in selling abroad, the amounts are converted into the currency used in a given country according to the exchange rate of the day presented by the National Bank of Poland.

Orders are completed after completing the order form, necessary for proper execution orders. The moment of placing the order is the moment of concluding the contract between the Buyer and the Seller and is tantamount to the acceptance of these Regulations by the Customer. The customer may cancel or make changes to the order within 12 hours of placing the order. Each order placed by the customer is confirmed by e-mail with information about its acceptance. Payments for purchased goods can be made to the bank account number, as well as the possibility of making a cash on delivery purchase and personal collection of the ordered goods.

We provide a two-year warranty for the goods ordered in the store . The claimed goods should be sent back to the store's address along with the completed complaint form within no more than 7 days from the detection of the defect. In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with another, and if this is impossible, the store will reimburse the cost of the goods incurred by the customer or offer other goods available in the store to choose from.

The store is not responsible for mechanical damage that occurred during transport to the customer. In the case of delivery of goods via a carrier, the Buyer who finds the occurrence of a transport damage is obliged to write out a damage report with the courier, required by the provisions of the Act of November 15, 1984 - Transport Law / Journal Of Laws of 1995, No. 119, item 575 as amended d. The customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded purchase contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion. Withdrawal from the contract must be made in writing, which must be followed sent to the store by e-mail or by traditional mail. The store has the right not to withdraw from the contract if the returned material shows signs of use or damage. The goods should be in their original packaging. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to an order submitted according to individual customer guidelines. If, after checking, it turns out that the returned goods are of full value, the seller will refund the payment within 14 working days using the same payment methods that were used by the customer in the original transaction. The customer bears the costs of transporting the returned goods. The store does not collect cash on delivery shipments.

Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer. The seller offers free transport for orders for internal and external stucco over PLN 500. When ordering, the system adds the cost of transport for one package. If the EPS order does not exceed PLN 500 and takes 2 cartons, the seller has the right to inform the customer and add a fee for the next 2 cartons.

Using the website is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy. (I consent to the processing of my personal data within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on data protection) The store is not responsible for purchases made by third parties who use the Customer's ID and password. Any disputes arising in connection with the transaction in the store will be settled on the basis of the agreement of the parties. In the event of no agreement, the dispute shall be resolved to the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Store. Each Buyer is obliged to read the content of the Regulations and is always bound by the provisions of the Regulations at the time of placing an order in the Store. The store is not responsible for the failure to complete the order due to the lack of goods.
